No Bake Cookies & Cream Mousse Cake – Pure Bliss in Every Bite!

A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert with layers of cookies and mousse for an indulgent treat.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies (divided)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Crush 16 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture until fully combined.
  4. Crumble the remaining 8 Oreo cookies and fold into the mousse mixture along with mini chocolate chips (if using).
  5. Spread the mousse over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
