No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake – Smooth, Rich & Heavenly!

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and cocoa powder to the mixture, folding until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream before serving.
