No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

A delicious and easy no-bake cheesecake inspired by the classic banana split dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Layer with banana slices, crushed pineapple, and chopped strawberries.
  5. Top with remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
