For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Layer with banana slices, strawberries, and pineapple chunks.
- Top with remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the surface. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
