For the Crust:
1 box chocolate cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mini marshmallows for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare chocolate cake mix with eggs, oil, and water according to package directions. Bake in a 9×13 inch pan as directed and let cool for 15 minutes.
Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Warm marshmallow creme slightly and pour over the cake, spreading to fill holes.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over cooled cake. Garnish with mini marshmallows before serving.
