Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes

A refreshing summer salad with crisp vegetables in a tangy vinegar dressing.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
  2. Place cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Pour marinade over vegetables and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
