For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  3. In a bowl, mix crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of mixture onto each biscuit.
  4. Gather edges of dough around filling, pinching to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
