Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish combining the flavors of a loaded cheeseburger with Alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until cheeses melt and sauce thickens.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon and chopped pickles before serving.
