For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the prepared pan to form the base.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the crust, then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
