For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the prepared pan to form the base.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the crust, then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool completely.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled bars.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
