Hot Honey Ham & Cheese Biscuit Bombs

Fluffy biscuit dough stuffed with ham, cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect sweet and spicy bite.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place a slice of ham and cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over filling, pinching to seal.
  4. Arrange sealed biscuits on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Drizzle over warm biscuits before serving.
