Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

A decadent and gooey brownie bread loaded with hot fudge for an extra rich and chocolatey treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring well.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Drizzle with half the hot fudge sauce and swirl gently.
  6. Add the remaining batter, top with the rest of the hot fudge sauce, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
