  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and hot chocolate mix until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool before slicing.
