Honey Sriracha Chicken Crunch Wraps

Spicy, sweet, and crunchy chicken wraps with a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (for sauce)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder. Add diced chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and 1 tbsp Sriracha to make the spicy sauce.
  4. Spread the spicy sauce on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, carrots, cooked chicken, cilantro, and crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
