Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tortellini and Broccoli

A creamy and flavorful one-pan dish featuring tender chicken, cheese tortellini, and fresh broccoli in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add broccoli and tortellini, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tortellini is tender and broccoli is crisp-tender.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm.
