A creamy, flavorful dish combining tender chicken, cheese tortellini, and fresh broccoli in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
9 oz cheese tortellini
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Add broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked tortellini and broccoli. Toss to coat in the sauce. Serve warm.
