For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in cheddar cheese.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and spoon a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center. Pinch edges to seal and form a ball.
- Place balls seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over warm cheeseburger bombs before serving.
