Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger balls stuffed with ground beef and melted cheese, coated in garlic parmesan butter.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in cheddar cheese.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and spoon a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center. Pinch edges to seal and form a ball.
  4. Place balls seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Mix melted butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over warm cheeseburger bombs before serving.

Notes
