Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter served over creamy parmesan pasta shells.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta and steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
