Garlic Butter Chicken Bites & Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta

A flavorful dish featuring tender garlic butter chicken bites paired with a creamy, spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce over twisted pasta.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (such as fusilli or rotini)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Then, add the cooked pasta and mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
