Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

A hearty fusion of classic cheeseburger flavors and lasagna, featuring garlic, bacon, and melty cheese layers.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl to create burger sauce.
  5. Layer lasagna: Spread 1/3 meat sauce in baking dish, top with 3 noodles, half the burger sauce, half the bacon, and 1/3 of cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with remaining meat sauce and cheeses.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Top with pickles before serving.
