For the Crust:
1 lb ground beef
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl to create burger sauce.
Layer lasagna: Spread 1/3 meat sauce in baking dish, top with 3 noodles, half the burger sauce, half the bacon, and 1/3 of cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with remaining meat sauce and cheeses.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Top with pickles before serving.
