French Fry Casserole Bake

A comforting and cheesy casserole made with crispy french fries, ground beef, and melty cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen french fries
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the french fries in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with the cooked ground beef, then pour the soup mixture evenly over the beef.
  5. Add the remaining french fries on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the fries are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
