Flu/Cold Tea Bombs

Soothing tea bombs packed with immune-boosting ingredients to help fight cold and flu symptoms.

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix honey, lemon juice, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Melt coconut oil and mix into the honey mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
