Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

A spicy and creamy ramen dish with tender chicken and a rich garlic sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and chili paste to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Simmer for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
