Cheesy Garlic Pasta

A simple, budget-friendly pasta dish with rich garlic and cheese flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Add cooked pasta back to the pot. Stir in milk, cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Mix until cheese is fully melted and pasta is evenly coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
