For the Crust:
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low. Add cooked pasta back to the pot. Stir in milk, cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Mix until cheese is fully melted and pasta is evenly coated. Serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
