Easy & Creamy No-Bake Chocolate Éclair Cake

A luscious no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate topping for a blissful treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 oz) can chocolate frosting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers to cover the bottom. Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  3. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  4. Microwave chocolate frosting for 20-30 seconds to soften, then spread evenly over the top layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
