For the Crust:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese (if using) until well combined.
- Spoon small dollops (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
