For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until combined. Mix in orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and orange zest.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour filling into chilled crust, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. Let pie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional orange zest if desired.
