For the Crust:
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Stir until moistened, then spread over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the stuffing is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
