Decadent Snickers Poke Cake – Outrageously Delicious!

A moist chocolate cake filled with caramel and topped with peanut butter frosting, chopped Snickers, and more caramel drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanuts (chopped)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake according to the box instructions and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Pour caramel sauce over the cake, spreading evenly so it seeps into the holes.
  3. In a bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread frosting over the cooled cake.
  4. Sprinkle chopped Snickers bars and peanuts over the frosting. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
