Cucumber Cottage Cheese Wraps

For the Crust:

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the cottage cheese mixture over each one.
  3. Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately or wrap for later.
