For the Crust:
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the cottage cheese mixture over each one.
- Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the cottage cheese mixture.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately or wrap for later.
