Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole

A hearty and comforting casserole made with tender ham, potatoes, and a creamy cheese sauce, all cooked to perfection in a crockpot.

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, ham, onion, and shredded cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the potato and ham mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased crockpot and spread it out evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir the casserole before serving to ensure the cheese is well distributed.
