Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles

Tender beef tips slow-cooked to perfection and served over buttery egg noodles for a comforting meal.

For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place beef stew meat in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter.
  5. Serve beef tips and gravy over buttered noodles.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
