For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Place flour in a separate bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
