For the Crust:
1 lb cheese tortellini
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, sautéing until shrimp turns pink (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, shrimp, and Alfredo sauce. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
