Creamy Ranch Chicken Bacon Tortellini Bake

A rich and comforting pasta bake loaded with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and cheese-filled tortellini in a creamy ranch sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add cooked tortellini, chicken, and half the bacon to the bowl. Stir until well coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top before serving.
