For the Crust:
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
