Creamy Parmesan Bowtie Pasta with Ground Beef

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
