For the Crust:
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, orange juice, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix, heavy cream, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until thick and creamy.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the cooled cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
