For the Crust:
- 4 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 large apple, julienned
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apple, carrots, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and gently mix.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
