Creamy Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

A rich and flavorful pasta salad loaded with crispy bacon, fresh vegetables, and a creamy ranch dressing.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  3. Add cooled pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onion, and parsley to the bowl. Toss until well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Stir well before serving and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
