Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and crispy bacon, coated in crushed Doritos for a crunchy twist.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos (any flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dip each stuffed chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat with crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving.
