Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

A luxurious seafood dish featuring salmon stuffed with a delicious crab and shrimp filling, baked to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, then secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
