Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, then secure with toothpicks if needed.

  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
