For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required eggs, oil, and water)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a greased 9-inch round pan. Let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and milk.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer. Chill for 30 minutes.
