For the Crust:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any perforations.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the dough in the baking dish.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the cream cheese mixture, sealing any perforations.
- Pour melted butter evenly over the top layer of dough. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing and serving.
