Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake – A Slice of Heaven!

A creamy and decadent cheesecake with rich chocolate swirls, perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  3. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Drizzle with half of the melted chocolate and swirl with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and chocolate.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
