Chocolate Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

A creamy, decadent cheesecake with a rich chocolate base and beautiful strawberry swirls, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press into 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  3. Divide batter. To one portion, add cocoa and melted chocolate. To other, add strawberry puree.
  4. Alternate spoonfuls of batters into crust. Swirl with knife.
  5. Bake 50-60 minutes until edges set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before refrigerating 4+ hours.
