For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Press the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
  2. Freeze the cookie dough layer for 30 minutes or until firm.
  3. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie dough layer.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles if desired.
