2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup prepared caramel sauce
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in hot coffee until batter is thin.
Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Place one cake layer on a plate. Spread caramel sauce evenly over top. Place second layer on top.
Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Pour ganache over cake, allowing it to drip down sides.
