For the Crust:
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 cups prepared cornbread dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cornbread dressing, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, melted butter, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
