For the Crust:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz rotini pasta
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Reduce heat to low. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the steak.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover the skillet, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
