Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta

A hearty and cheesy pasta dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the comfort of pasta.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix well. Pour in the milk and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
